Well, just spent 30 minutes on this doing yoga, phew, bliddy hell, didn't realise how unfit I was!! My BMI is fine, I have a wii fit age of 48..........it was bliddy 37 yesterday, can't work that one out. Then I decided to go for a gentle jog, nearly keeled over. Hopefully if I keep this up and slimmers world there'll be a lot less of me in a few months time. I'd love a pint of lager now though. Oh and for the kids there's osme canny stuff on there too, love the hoola hoops and the skiing.

The boxing on Wii Sport is my favourite. We play when we visit the In-law's. I knocked hubby out three times in a row and nearly put my shoulder out doing so. I was aching all over the next day.

We've had our Wii fit for a few months now and we're addicted. We've had the whole family doing it.
We want to get it out in the garden when we're having a BBQ but...ahem...the weather has been abit naff so far.

That game with the candle on is quite difficult, when you have to sit on the Wii board very still.
